If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if your items arrive damaged, please contact us at service@maekrt.com within a reasonable period following delivery. When initiating a return or refund request, please provide your order information and, if applicable, photos of the items. We will evaluate each case individually to find the best solution.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in their original, unused, and pristine condition, including all original packaging materials. Once our team has confirmed the return request, we will guide you through the next steps. Please note that the refund amount will be calculated based on the purchase price and shipping terms. We kindly ask that you contact us for approval before returning any items, as packages returned without prior coordination may not be eligible for processing.
